“I can’t stop smiling after the proposal I shot today. It was so sweet and joy-filled and I really felt like I got to document as things unfolded. I cannot believe how lucky I am to find MY people and get to document special moments like this.”

A ring, a Bronco, and the love of family and friends 💍

Peyton & Kohl’s engagement was a memorable one— I was welcomed in with open arms (I think even initiated into the family) as I walked away with a huge smile on my face and a Bronco themed shirt to help me remember the moments that unfolded.

Peyton is obsessed with Bronco’s so Kohl wanted to incorporate one into their proposal story. After he popped the question he then handed her the keys to the new dream car they get to restore together 🤍 when I tell you everyone jumped for joy as we made our way back to the house; greeted by loved ones waiting to celebrate with them. Once hugs (and tears) were shed, our final surprise for Peyton was everyone getting to pick their own Bronco themed shirt for a big family pic.

Before ending the afternoon, the family insisted I stay to grab a plate to-go, but before we dug in they wanted to say some toasts…and I nearly cried. The sweetest words and memories of the twos’ relationship were shared and I felt like I could transport back in time and see exactly what they described. Love is cool and I hope to keep capturing moments like this 💫
